Nestled today in the heart of a 70-hectare truffle and wine-growing estate, the oldest part of this former farmhouse dates back to the late 15th century. Its primary function was to supply the needs of the Château de Saint-Géry, located on the adjoining hill.
Burnt during the Revolution, the castle completely disappeared and the farm survived until before the war.
Then began a long decline during which All the buildings have fallen into ruin..
And it's a heap of stones in the middle of brambles and wasteland that we recovered in 1984.
We were young… and reckless! But the adventure had begun… And it’s still going!
For the utmost pleasure of our epicurean guests, we have created a comfortable, warm, and refined haven of peace in the Lot, at the heart of Quercy Blanc in Lascabanes.
Beauty, calm, nature and slowing down… That's our luxury!
Elegant rooms
We offer five comfortable and elegant rooms, we could say five «guest rooms» that exude the charm of old houses.
They are all personalised, far from sterile standards.
With these Quercy Blanc architectural styles, my wife Pascale has mixed bourgeois furniture and family mementoes.
All our rooms have their own unique character and a private terrace, where you can savour the tranquility of the landscapes and the beauty of this Quercy property.
Particular attention is paid to the embroidered household linen bearing the arms of Saint-Géry,
Aux 100% organic sheep's wool pillows % natural for greater comfort and environmental preservation.
The water in the room is from the Wolf's Spring, captured on the estate, the Lavender soap is homemade by us.
From their room, our guests have access to the 12 km of private paths discussed in the grounds, at the fitness suite, in the jacuzzi
and enjoy the swimming pool or lake in season.
All the water comes from our Source aux Loups.
Pure and gentle, it's a real pleasure to swim there.

The Big Breakfast
Here, the Big Breakfast is a proper meal that gives you the strength you need for the day.
He reserves the day before, like your table at a restaurant, as everything is prepared at the last minute for a delicious first moment:
- a hot drink (coffee from the best origins, freshly prepared in a percolator), tea or infusion of our aromatic plants, organic milk, chocolate, ...
- bread: ours, sourdough prepared with the flour from our truffled wheat
- Home-made rusks, made with our bread
- one Homemade lard brioche if you don't know What lard is and how to use it),
- One Our hens' eggs at the table
- desert Natural cured meats and charcuterie without saltpetre or nitrite salt from our own production (duck magret sausage with wine lees, Gascon pork coppa/loin, our cauldron-cooked rillettes...)
- One Freshly squeezed fruit juice with local organic citrus fruits or with seasonal fruits from the estate (grapes, apple-rhubarb, melon-fresh mint, …)
- some organic fruits from our orchard or that of our neighbours (apples, kiwi, blackcurrants, redcurrants, nectarines … depending on the season)
- One Organic butter raw milk
- "us"jams" with a lot of almost wild fruit and little sugar (cane, organic, ...)

In the ruins of an old sheepfold, we have created a jacuzzi in a setting of glass and greenery.
We wanted it to be understated and as close to nature as possible.
A bright little corner where we love to gather after a good morning of truffle hunting, or simply before sitting down to eat.
You will be able to discover our cosmetics, made on the Estate, with natural products from the property.
