Patrick

Patrick Duler, founder of Maison Duler, has been a producer committed to sustainable agriculture and gastronomy since 1984 at Domaine de Saint-Géry. Starting from nothing, he transformed ruins and wasteland into a refined destination, an inspiration for new generations. A precursor and pioneer in many fields—organic before its time and an ecologist before it was fashionable—this multi-faceted man of many talents advocates for respectful agriculture for wholesome and flavourful cuisine.

Pascale

Pascale Duler is the mistress of Maison Duler. A graduate of the École du Louvre with a deep appreciation for art history and beautiful objects, she has cultivated the charm and comfort of Domaine de Saint-Géry by furnishing it with antiques and family heirlooms. While managing the hospitality and commercial sides, she homeschooled her three children. Driven by her love for the countryside, Pascale is developing a range of natural cosmetics made from the estate's produce.
She personally oversees every order.

Thibault

The eldest son produces the films and visuals for Maison Duler. Thibault makes it a point of honour to combine substance and form by capturing the work of the rest of the family in images.
Though living in Canada, he is in daily contact with the estate and participates in all decision-making.
He directed his first feature film, "Entrelacs," shot entirely in the Lot and presented in 2022 at various film festivals.

Louis-Dominique

Louis-Dominique is following in his father's footsteps. Also convinced that great cuisine is impossible without exceptional ingredients, Louis-Dominique focuses on both sides of the same coin: the land and the plate. Alongside this, Louis-Dominique is studying oenology and oversees the development of the vines at Domaine de Saint-Géry with conviction and a spirit of innovation.

Camille

The youngest child is a ball of energy involved in every moment of life on the estate. Having always been homeschooled, Camille knows every detail of Maison Duler's various activities. She also looks after the well-being of our many animals. While visiting the estate, you will certainly hear her playing one of her compositions on the piano. She is initiating a new equestrian project focused on the well-being of both rider and horse.
