Patrick Duler ham is a French artisanal ham:
  • made from the oldest breed of pigs in France, raised in the woods,
  • aged for extended periods ranging from 30 to 110 months in our limestone cellars for over 40 years
  • No saltpeter or nitrite salt, and no additives whatsoever. Just salt from the Pyrenees that has been buried for 200 million years, protected from all pollution.
  • with an aromatic complexity ranging from forest floor notes to porcini mushrooms, from nuts to candied fruit,
  • with a finish that lingers for several minutes, just like a fine wine.
