The ham knife case
To slice a bone-in ham, you will need two knives:
- a slicing knife: a flexible, long-bladed knife with a rounded tip for carving thin shavings,
- a boning knife: a rigid, short-bladed knife with a pointed tip for removing the bone.
You will also need a cloth to moisten the rind when you begin slicing the ham and removing the outer layer.
We spent a long time searching for the right knives, at a fair price and easy to use at home. Here at last is the complete set.
