How does the Nuit unfold?

We welcome you with the Domaine’s cured meats and an opening glass.
Individual servings are offered on large silver platters, with their own cutlery.

You are free to move from the kitchen to the lounges, step out into the gardens, speak with the chefs, converse with the winemaker, or pause to listen to the musicians.

This freedom of movement is an integral part of the Nuit.
The evening is experienced primarily while standing, although seating remains available at all times.

A maximum of 35 guests are welcomed.
This ensures you remain close to those cooking, serving the wines, and performing.

A few guests will be able to extend the Night at the Domaine

The menu takes shape at the Domaine on the day, based on the produce truly available.

A printed menu will be provided for each guest to take home as a memento.

Is dinner served at the table?

The dishes are served individually on large silver platters.

The evening is designed primarily for standing to allow everyone to move freely.

Seating remains available throughout the Nuit.

The Domaine has five guest rooms, which are booked separately.
