Organic Lavender Essential Oil

This essential oil is produced by distilling lavender grown on the estate. It is interplanted among truffle trees and vines, without any treatment or irrigation. Harvesting is done by hand, plant by plant, to protect the lavender shrubs. The stems are then cut and separated from the flowers and are not used in the distillation. Only the flowering tops are distilled. This method yields a highly pure essential oil with a high concentration of active ingredients.
