Five rooms, five ways to experience life at the Domaine
No two rooms are alike. Each has found its place within the buildings over time. A private terrace. Furniture chosen by Pascale over the years. Family heirlooms, each with its own story.
The linens bear the Saint-Géry coat of arms. The pillows are filled with organic sheep's wool. The lavender soap comes from the Estate, as does nearly everything here.
The water in your bathroom comes from the Source aux Loups, drawn directly from our land.
From your room, you are already immersed in the Estate. The gardens, the jacuzzi, the fitness room, the 12 kilometres of paths we maintain—everything is there, just a few steps away. In season, the heated pool and the lake also await you.
The Cellar

This is what a guest told us upon entering La Cave one summer afternoon.
The suite is cooled by the Provençal well installed beneath the house.
The air circulates through the ground before reaching the room: a gentler coolness, without the direct draft of conventional air conditioning.
La Cave features a vaulted stone bedroom, a separate sitting room, and a private shaded terrace overlooking the vegetable garden.
With its sofa bed, it can accommodate 1 to 4 guests.
Parents have their own room; children have the living area.
It is also particularly well suited to couples who want more space or prefer to avoid an upstairs bedroom.
The bathroom is equipped with a hydromassage bath.
In the morning, simply open the terrace door.
Before you: the vegetable garden, the fig trees, and the gardens.
Behind the stone walls, the room remains cool.

Les Figuiers
Duplex suite for families
Les Figuiers is particularly suitable for families with two or three children, especially those old enough to appreciate a little independence.
The duplex suite can accommodate 2 to 5 people.
It includes a sitting room, a mezzanine bedroom, and two bathrooms: one with a hydromassage bath, the other with a walk-in shower.
This arrangement allows everyone to maintain their own pace and space.
Its private terrace overlooks the gardens, the vegetable garden, and the lake.
A few steps from the room, you can also relax in the hammock beneath the wisteria.
The "Les Figuiers" suite is cooled by the house's Provençal well.
The air circulates four metres underground before being released into the suite, without the direct draught of conventional air conditioning.
The water in the bathrooms comes from the Source aux Loups.
In the morning, you wake to the sound of birdsong.
After breakfast, the terrace, parasol, and hammock invite you to stay outdoors within the immediate surroundings of the suite.
In the evening, after dinner at the restaurant, you can extend the day on the terrace.
On a clear night, you can stargaze from your room.

La Fontaine
Opening directly onto the gardens, facing the fountain
La Fontaine is a room for two, decorated in shades of lavender blue.
The bed can be prepared as a king-size bed or as twin beds.
Its private tree-lined terrace opens directly onto the garden, facing the fountain fed by the Source aux Loups. You can hear the water from the terrace and even inside the room when the windows are open.
Located just a few steps from the restaurant, La Fontaine is ideal for those seeking a quiet room and wishing to avoid some of the stairs found in other rooms.
Like La Cave and Les Figuiers, it is cooled by the house’s natural cooling system.

La Métairie
In the former farmstead, beneath the Quercy bolet
La Métairie is a room for two, located in a building separate from the main house, with a view of the pool.
Beneath the Quercy bolet, you will find its private terrace.
You can sit in the shade, facing the gardens.
The room has preserved the white Quercy stone walls, exposed beams, and flagstone flooring of the former farmstead. From the window, the view extends over the countryside and the lake.
The bathroom features a large walk-in shower. The room has adjustable air conditioning.
Le Cantou is located in the same building. Both rooms can be booked together for families or friends who wish to stay close to one another while retaining the privacy of two independent rooms.

Le Cantou
A family room overlooking the pool, the vegetable garden, and the lake
Le Cantou is a bright 29 m² room, located alongside La Métairie in a building separate from the main house, with views over the spring-water swimming pool and the lake.
From its Quercy terrace, you look out over the Italian-style gardens.
The room is decorated in green and blue tones.
It includes a sitting area with a sofa bed that can accommodate one or two children in addition to a couple.
It features adjustable air conditioning.
La Métairie is located just next door.
The two rooms can be booked together by families or friends wishing to occupy the entire building, while retaining two independent rooms.
After dinner, you need only walk down a few steps to reach the pool and end the evening with a night-time swim.

In the evening, you dine where the produce was grown
For most of our guests, staying at Saint-Géry also means dining at our table.
The restaurant welcomes you in the evening, by reservation.
Each menu is composed according to the season, what we harvest from the garden, the produce available on the estate, the number of guests, and our inspiration.
You will find on your plate what gives the place its meaning: vegetables and herbs from the garden, fruit, truffles, the wheat we use for our bread, as well as our cured meats and other produce.
During the day, you may have seen the land, the animals, or the crops from which the evening's produce originates.

The Grand Breakfast
Here, the Grand Petit-Déjeuner is a substantial meal to prepare you for the day.
Just like your table at the restaurant, it should be booked the evening before.

- our indigenous sourdough bread made with flour from our truffle-grown wheat,
