Nature Stay Gift Set
The country roads meander through rural France.
From Cahors, the winding turns of the D7 lead you gently to Domaine de Saint-Géry through the Quercy Blanc, a corner of paradise halfway to everywhere:
- Between Rocamadour and the Pink City of Toulouse.
- Between Atlantic mildness and Mediterranean light
- Between Cahors wine and Agen prunes
- Between the Larzac plateau and the Garonne valley
A secluded corner perfect for reconnecting, in the heart of truffle country.
Far from standardized holidays, you wish to escape:
- From the incessant noise of the city
- From the pressure of your profession
- From the constant rush
You wish to leave stressful holidays behind:
- the chaos at the toll booth,
- massive traffic jams
- the endless waiting at the airport,
- anonymity amidst the crowd
You are tired of hotels with impersonal luxury:
- standardized rooms that all look alike
- the impersonal welcome
- the agonizing wait at the desk for check-in
- the familiar: "ID or passport please, credit card thank you,"
- followed by "your room is on the 3rd floor, the elevator is at the back on your left."
You wish to escape the omnipresence of industrial food:
- In your salad
- In your slow-cooked dishes
- On your pizza
- In your mirror
- Even in the coffee pods or the scented tea bags
All that belongs to the other world.
Do you wish to (re)discover a new world?
"Light years away from sterilized palaces and gastronomic restaurants
where chefs act like divas, Patrick and Pascale Duler have a new art of hosting and cooking...
Like all exceptional craftsmen, they have understood this essential thing:
that luxury now means being able to eat perfect, wholesome and flavorful products,
as 'simple' as a wild salad or a black pig grilled over a wood fire."
- Emmanuel Tresmontant - Via Michelin August 2009.
A long history for a place of stay that is profoundly human.
In the beginning, there were ruins and a desire to bring this abandoned farm back to life; that was in 1984.
Then came Pascale, the restoration of the 16th-century main building, the design of the rooms, the decor...
A long process necessary to bring this neglected agricultural estate back to life:
permaculture kitchen garden and orchard, truffle oaks, wheat, olive trees, vines, hens... to create a diversified, self-sufficient farm that respects nature.
A place for stays that is profoundly human, ecological and unique.

Here you forget your worries from the very first minutes
You pass through the gate and enter our secret garden.
The cool, reassuring sound of the fountain draws you in
and you discover the Italian-style gardens.
You immerse yourself in the gentle rhythm of life at Maison Duler.
- Here, there is no "check-in"
- Here, there are no endless queues at a "desk".
- Here, there is no elevator at the end of the hallway
A personal welcome
From the moment you arrive, Pascale leads you into our sanctuary.
You hear the birdsong.
You catch a few notes of the piano played by our daughter Camille.

A musical note
If we had to give a note to Domaine de Saint-Géry, it would be a "musical" note:
So intense, So good, So pleasant, So majestic, So magnificent.
All this accompanied by the grace and the frequent smile of the lady of the house.
Alain and Adèle
Refinement in every detail
Sublime!
Each dish explained, commented on and justified
in its origin and specificity—it is pure joy!
I didn't know that such refinement down to the smallest detail
could exist...
Guy and Monique
So much sophistication and so much simplicity
From beginning to end, so many stories told simply and so wonderfully shared.
A story of fennel, a story of chickpeas, a story of a pig that lingers a little longer.
Each fragrance, each taste, unique and so well paired, so well assembled.
So much sophistication and so much simplicity, so much shared conviction for taste...
Thank you for this welcome, these encounters, and all those years of work so simply shared.

A moment suspended in time, away from conventions, close to the truth.
Inspiring and enlightening! A thousand thanks.
Marc and Stéphanie
More than a gastronomic experience, it was also a human and family adventure that we were able to experience this weekend.
We leave delighted by these two days and eager to return for the truffle hunt this winter.
Bravo again for your commitment and for bringing this beautiful Quercy terroir to life with such conviction!
Emmanuelle

In Hoc signos vinces…
By this sign, you shall conquer (well, my 2 years of middle school Latin finally served a purpose...)
At Saint-Géry, through the signs of simplicity, quality and taste, Mr and Mrs Duler have achieved the most beautiful victory: that of bringing happiness to their guests.Nicolas & Sophie G.
A glimpse of paradise, sensory experiences of rare intensity, and heart-warming quality...
There is something of Cistercian harmony in this attention to the quality of detail, which creates a beauty of comforting humanity.
Thank you for the superb moment in your kind company.
Fabienne E.
This place is a treasure that we would love to keep for ourselves!
Well... since we like to share, we will choose carefully who to share it with, because for sure, we will have to return! Camille, a hostess as spontaneous as she is refined, presented the estate's products, prepared by her brother Louis-Dominique.
So... dare, dare to embrace the fat! Whether in the foie gras or the pork, tender and perfectly cooked in its lard brioche...
Fear not, this fat is so well raised and so well prepared that it melts in your mouth! It’s love, that’s all I can say...! What a beautiful family!
Florence de G.
One can feel a soul in your home, and a love for hosting and sharing your conviction.
