Five guest rooms

And the entire estate surrounding them

Only five guest rooms, each with its own private terrace, at the heart of 70 hectares of gardens, kitchen garden, vineyards, truffle orchards, and accessible paths.

You do not simply come to sleep at the Domaine.
You enter for a few days into a family home entirely dedicated to its guests.

We have chosen to host only a few guests

This is what allows us to welcome you personally.

As soon as you pass through the gates of the Domaine, its 70 hectares are yours to explore.

Pascale welcomes you personally.

She will show you the restaurant, the pool, the jacuzzi, the main buildings, and the trailheads, before accompanying you to your room.

There you will find a map of the Domaine and the 12 kilometres of paths that we maintain throughout the year.

Your car can remain in the car park: the wheat fields, truffle orchards, olive trees, vines grown through the trees, and lakes, as well as the wild and domestic animals, can be discovered on foot, directly from the house.

Once settled in, you are free to enjoy the gardens, the pool, the jacuzzi, the lake, and the entire Domaine.

Depending on your wishes, Pascale can also show you the ageing cellars, suggest a visit to the kitchen garden, or show you where to find Camille with the horses or lambs.

We live and work here all year round.

You are thus welcomed by those who know the Domaine, its history, and everything that happens here each day.

"A magnificent place with hosts of unfailing integrity.
The rooms are very pleasant and very quiet"
Bertrand G.

Five rooms, five ways to experience life at the Domaine

No two rooms are alike. Each has found its place within the buildings over time. A private terrace. Furniture chosen by Pascale over the years. Family heirlooms, each with its own story.

The linens bear the Saint-Géry coat of arms. The pillows are filled with organic sheep’s wool. The lavender soap is made at the Domaine — like almost everything here.

The water in your bathroom comes from the Source aux Loups, drawn directly from our land.

From your room, you are already immersed in the Domaine. The gardens, the jacuzzi, the fitness room, the 12 kilometres of trails we maintain — everything is just a few steps away. In season, the heated pool and the lake also await.

Coolness according to the buildings

La Cave, Les Figuiers, and La Fontaine are cooled by the Provençal well installed beneath the main house.

La Métairie and Le Cantou, located in a separate building, have conventional adjustable air conditioning.

"It was worth the trip from Switzerland. Thank you and well done for the care and quality of your welcome."
Franck and Carole.

In the evening, you dine where the produce was grown

For most of our guests, staying at Saint-Géry also means dining at our table.

The restaurant welcomes you in the evening, by reservation.

Each menu is composed according to the season, what we harvest from the garden, the produce available on the estate, the number of guests, and our inspiration.

You will find on your plate what gives the place its meaning: vegetables and herbs from the garden, fruit, truffles, the wheat we use for our bread, as well as our cured meats and other produce.

During the day, you may have seen the land, the animals, or the crops from which the evening's produce originates.

“An excellent stay… and, to crown it all, superb meals. Truly memorable.”
Valérie and Bruno

The Grand Breakfast

Here, the Grand Petit-Déjeuner is a substantial meal to prepare you for the day.
Just like your table at the restaurant, it should be booked the evening before.

It includes:

  • unlimited hot drinks (single-origin coffee freshly prepared by percolator), tea or herbal infusion from our aromatic plants, organic milk, chocolate, ...
  • our indigenous sourdough bread made with flour from our truffle-grown wheat,
  • our homemade rusks, made with our own bread,
  • a homemade brioche with lard,
  • a fried egg from our hens;
  • a selection of our natural cured meats and charcuterie, made without saltpetre or nitrite salt: duck breast sausage with wine lees, Gascon pork Coppa-Echine, our cauldron-cooked rillettes, ...
  • a seasonal fruit juice
  • organic fruit from our orchard or from our neighbours, depending on the season: apples, kiwis, blackcurrants, redcurrants, vineyard peaches...
  • organic raw-milk butter
  • our "preserves", prepared with plenty of fruit—often semi-wild—and very little organic cane sugar.
  • walnuts and hazelnuts from the region or our own prunes, ...

Price: €73 per person

The estate's water

The swimming pool, the lake, and the jacuzzi offer three different ways to enjoy the water from the Source aux Loups and the gardens of Domaine de Saint-Géry.

The swimming pool fed by the Source aux Loups
The pool is fed by water from the Source aux Loups, drawn on the estate.

Around the pool, the gardens are a blend of wisteria, lavender, rosemary, linden, and jasmine.
You can settle there for a few hours or take a swim between walks across the estate.

The lake and its jetty

You can also swim in the lake, among the rushes and water irises.

Its jetty allows you to sit by the water, read, practice yoga, or simply linger for a while.

The jacuzzi in the old sheepfold

Within the ruins of a former sheepfold, we have created a jacuzzi set in glass and greenery.
A light-filled room where guests gather after a morning of truffle hunting, or before sitting down to dinner.

A palace of happiness away from a hurried and stressed world.
Simplicity, sincerity, the return to essentials and ancestral methods, the stillness—I believe this is true LUXURY! :)"
Xuping & Jocelyne

This stillness has not always existed. When we took over Domaine de Saint-Géry in 1984,
the buildings were in ruins and disappearing beneath the brambles.

In 1984, only a heap of stones remained

The oldest part of this former farmhouse dates from the late 15th century.

At the time, the farm was required to provide for the Château de Saint-Géry, built on the neighbouring hill.
The château was burned down during the Revolution and vanished completely.
The farm continued to be worked until before the war, before being abandoned for many years.

When we took over the estate in 1984, the buildings were in ruins, surrounded by wasteland and brambles.

The main house in 1990, six years after my arrival

We were young... and reckless.

But the adventure had begun.

42 years later, we still live and work here,
in the heart of Quercy Blanc, in Lascabanes.

The house from the same angle in 2025

The guest rooms, gardens, swimming pool, lake, and restaurant are the result of this reconstruction, carried out year after year.
