A unique foie gras, containing 14% truffles
The standard for "truffling" foie gras is 3%. But that doesn’t account for our love of fine food! That’s why we offer a foie gras truffled with at least 14% Tuber melanosporum truffles. So there’s no need to resort to tricks like adding truffle flavoring!
