Whole duck foie gras with 14% black truffle

From our customers:

"The truffle foie gras is a work of art! It is tender, flavorful, generous...
For all those who love this singular aroma, we can only recommend it!
Unfortunately, it has a tendency to disappear from plates far too quickly... we always want more...
Thank you, and see you soon."

A singular foie gras, with 14% truffle

The industry standard for 'truffling' a foie gras is 3%. However, we prefer a more generous approach. Thus, we offer a foie gras with a minimum of 14% Tuber Melanosporum truffles. There is no need for subterfuge such as adding truffle aroma.
